This is a lo-fi version of Glitch City Laboratories, meant for backup purposes. Everyone is encouraged to download a backup of the site every time one is made available, to prevent loss of all the research and data contained within GCL, should the website crash or something, which would really suck. The Glitch City Labs Team gives authorization for anyone to host this backup on their own website.

Description of Effects
TM02 greatly reduces the foe's EVADE, and is the only attack on the R/B/Y era games that does this. It also has a higher hit rate than most glitch attacks, making it an excellent way to counteract the normally low hit rate of other glitch attacks. Its animation looks somewhat like Harden's.
